Pam Couch

Pam Couch is currently serving as the Senior Product Counsel for AI/ML at Zendesk. In this role, Pam leads the legal review for all AI/ML products and features, develops AI governance programs, and advises on the full AI model development cycle. Prior to Zendesk, Pam has held roles at Airbnb as Senior Product & Partnerships Counsel and at Grubhub as Senior Counsel. Pam has experience in product counseling, partnerships, privacy, and various legal aspects of delivery and employment. Pam's earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Sidley Austin LLP, a Law Clerk at the United States Attorney's Office, and a Consultant at Deloitte. Pam holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
