Tony Mirasola is a seasoned professional in customer success management with extensive experience at Zendesk, where responsibilities include managing large account portfolios, consulting with executives, and creating custom success plans. Tony has held various roles, including Principal and Senior Customer Success Manager, as well as positions focused on scaled customer engagement. Prior to Zendesk, Tony served as Head Coach for Boy's Tennis at Middleton High School, leading a program with 60 athletes and managing coaching staff. Additional experience includes analytics outreach at the Wisconsin Hospital Association, directing a tennis academy, and coaching at the high school level.
