Joshua Schroy has a strong background in customer service and operations. In 2020, they began working for Zendrop as an Operations Manager and Customer Service Representative. From 2016 to 2020, they worked for Ximble (A Paycor Company), where they held various roles. These included Assistant Manager of Client Services, Associate Business Analyst, Assistant Manager of Technical Support, Account & Billing Specialist, and Technical Support Agent. In these roles, they made sure that all team members were assisting prospects and clients properly, hit daily, weekly and monthly goals, created business requirements, prepared use cases, managed documentation, identified billing and invoice related issues, collected payments, identified, replicated and documented any bugs found within the software, and submitted feature requests.
