Mikita Hrybaleu

Mikita Hrybaleu has an extensive work experience in the field of software development and engineering. Mikita is currently the Head of Engineering at Zendrop since February 2023. Prior to that, they were self-employed and provided consulting services for web development teams from March 2022 to February 2023. Mikita worked as a Development Manager at etpgpb.ru from September 2021 to March 2022, where they developed an ERP system and managed a distributed team. Before that, they worked at Masmotors as a Lead Backend Developer from September 2020 to August 2021, where they developed a new order processing platform and supported legacy systems. Mikita also served as a Lead Backend Developer at Stadium Goods from August 2019 to August 2020, where they developed and maintained external sales channel integration services. From 2018 to 2019, they were the Head of Platform at Enplex Games, where they built the web development department and led the development of an online PC game publishing platform. Mikita also worked as the CTO and co-founder of Gratzbonus.com from January 2017 to September 2018, where they designed the architecture of a service communication platform. Additionally, they were the Head of R&D at OnlinePay.com from June 2017 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) from May 2015 to 2016, and as a Lead Software Architect at Тинькофф Банк from November 2014 to May 2015. Throughout their career, Mikita has gained expertise in various technologies and tools including PHP, Laravel, Symfony, MySQL, Redis, and Bash, among others.

From 2005 to 2008, Mikita Hrybaleu attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. During this time, they focused on studying Automation Engineer Technology/Technician.
