Jeffrey Pollard

Dr. Pollard is a Fellowship trained, double Board Certified surgeon and graduate of Duke, Vanderbilt, Stanford, and Tulane. He is a dedicated advocate of integrating technology and healthcare to provide a more empowering and personalized experience for patients and doctors. Prior to his current position as Director of Medical Affairs at 23andMe–the leading provider for direct­to­consumer personal genetic information, he served as Medical Expert Network Director for HealthTap where he became a pioneer in the digital and mobile health arena, growing their Interactive Health Network to include over 30,000 doctors in 128 specialties. Before moving into the digital and mobile healthcare arena, Dr. Pollard trained surgeons around the country on innovative, minimally invasive procedures. In 2008, Dr. Pollard was recognized as a “Top Surgeon” in the Bay Area.
