Emily Shirey, CTA has extensive experience in the visual merchandising and communications field. Emily currently holds the position of Director of Visual Merchandising & Events at ZenGenius, Inc. Emily previously worked at Victoria's Secret as the Manager of Visual Communications, and later as the Manager of Visual Merchandising, Real Estate. Prior to that, Emily worked at Justice as the Director of Visual Merchandising for Accessories/Intimates/Footwear, and held various other managerial roles within the company. Emily also has experience working as a Manager of Visual Merchandising at Tween Brands, mishmash, and as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator at Tween Brands, Limited Too. Emily began their career at Gap Inc. as a District Visual Coordinator.

Emily Shirey, CTA, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Fine Arts from Columbus College of Art & Design. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) from Experience Columbus, Certified Member (CM) from the International Live Events Association (ILEA), and is a member of the National Association for Catering and Events (NACE).
