Mathilde Gautier

Mathilde Gautier has extensive experience in organizational transformation and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Consultante, Formatrice, and Coach at Zenika since December 2016, Mathilde specializes in team coaching, cultivating autonomy, and optimizing value flow, as well as facilitating Agile transitions and product management. Prior to this role, Mathilde worked at Worldline Global from December 2005 to December 2016, where responsibilities included managing Agile teams, overseeing project directions in the web, cloud, and eCommerce sectors, and coordinating departmental transformations. Mathilde holds a degree in Management 3.0, Coaching from Zénika and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne.
