Kyrre Tamber

Kyrre Tamber has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Kyrre is currently serving as the Global IT Director at Zenitel since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Group IT Manager/CIO at Recover Nordic Norge from November 2017 to July 2021. Kyrre also worked as the IT Manager at Voice Norge AS from December 2014 to October 2017. Before that, they held the position of IT Manager at Pocos Holding from June 2012 to November 2014. Kyrre has also worked as a Service Manager at Nordic Digital Alliance from March 2011 to June 2012. In addition, they served as the Department Manager Keystep Infrastructure at Keystep AS from August 2009 to February 2011. Kyrre gained valuable experience as the Manager IT-Services at Varner Retail AS from September 2006 to July 2009. Kyrre started their career at NSA AS where they held multiple roles including Teamleader, Account Manager, Service Manager, and Principal Consultant from June 2000 to August 2006. Kyrre also had a part-time role as a Service Engineer at Merkantildata SI Bergen from January 1998 to May 2000. Kyrre's early experience includes working as the Owner and Senior Consultant at KTL IT, where they provided service management-related services to various clients from August 1997 to January 1998.

Kyrre Tamber's education history includes a Bachelor's degree equivalent in Engineering (IT) from Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1997 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended the University of Oslo from 1995 to 1996, focusing on Information Technology. Earlier in their educational journey, they completed their high school education at Eikeli Videregående from 1991 to 1994. Furthermore, they attended Østerås ungdomsskole from 1988 to 1991 and Stangeland Barneskole from 1982 to 1991. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the "Certified PECB ISO27001 Lead implementor" certification from PECB in 2023.
