Satish Kumar Kalapatapu

Satish Kumar Kalapatapu has a diverse work experience in IT business systems and CRM. Satish Kumar is currently working as the VP of IT Business Systems at Zenith American Solutions, Inc. Prior to this, they worked at Verifone for over 20 years, holding various roles such as Sr. Director of CRM Systems, Director of IT Business Solutions, and CRM Manager & Architect. In these roles, they were responsible for managing and supporting CRM systems, leading strategic roadmaps, and contributing to IT roadmaps and technology solutions. Satish Kumar also supported pre-sales and business development activities and played a key role in M&A due-diligence and migration activities. Before joining Verifone, Satish worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Integra Micro Systems, where they were responsible for the design and development of document management and imaging products.

Satish Kumar Kalapatapu obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Gulbarga University from 1990 to 1994. Prior to that, they attended St Josephs High School from 1986 to 1990. In addition to their formal education, Satish has obtained multiple certifications in various fields, including AWS, Scrum, IT Service Management, Agile, and different Salesforce certifications.
