Peter Garvin has a diverse work experience in the mortgage and lending industry. Peter currently serves as the President of Garvin Enterprises LLC. Prior to this role, they held the position of Vice President - Business Development at Zenith Home Loans in 2019. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at loanDepot as Vice President - Regional Business Development. Before that, they were the Vice President - PRIORITY ONE at Cherry Creek Mortgage from 2012 to 2017. Peter also held the position of Vice President - Strategic Lending at Cherry Creek Mortgage CO., Inc. from 2009 to 2017. In 2007, they were the President/CEO of Garvin Enterprises, Inc. and from 2008 to 2009, they served as Vice President - Strategic Lending at Borrowers First Choice. Peter started their career at American Home Mortgage where they worked as the National Vice President - National Builder Division from 2001 to 2007.

Peter Garvin completed an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts with a focus on Business and Economics from Paul Smith's College in Paul Smith's, NY from 1972 to 1974. Following this, they pursued further education at the University of Denver from 1974 to 1976, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a specialization in Real Estate and Construction Management.
