Andrea Garzon

Andrea Garzon, JD, MBA, currently serves as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Zenith Insurance Company, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Andrea held the position of Vice President, Employment Counsel at MGA Entertainment from 2021 to 2023. From 2013 to 2021, Andrea worked at VNA Health as Chief Human Resources Officer and General Counsel, and previously as Director of Human Resources. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Select Staffing from 2005 to 2012 and as an Associate at the Law Offices of Futoran & Galici from 2002 to 2005. Andrea holds a Juris Doctor from Ventura College of Law, an MBA from Antioch University Santa Barbara, and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology & Corrections from California State University, Northridge.
