Jeff Hays is a seasoned Safety and Health Consultant currently serving as a Sr. Safety and Health Consultant at Zenith Insurance Company since March 2015, where Jeff leads worksite evaluations and provides risk management solutions for various industries including manufacturing and hospitality. Prior to this role, Jeff worked with The Zenith-Workers' Compensation Insurance Company in a similar capacity. Jeff’s extensive background includes a 30-year tenure at the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where expertise in occupational safety and environmental health was demonstrated across 22 facilities. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Occupational Safety Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Psychology from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
