Kevin Gleason

Kevin Gleason is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Associate Director of Learning and Development at ZenithOptimedia since March 2012. Prior to this role, Kevin worked at ING DIRECT as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Specialist from June 2006 to March 2012, where responsibilities included enhancing a performance and customer service culture through technology. Kevin also held a position as an Instructional Designer at Cendant Mobility for a brief period in 2006, focusing on web-based training modules and course redesign. Earlier in Kevin's career, a role as a Bank Teller was held at First Columbia Bank & Trust Co. Kevin earned a Master of Science in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Business in Business Management from Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg.
