Elisa L.

Elisa L. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer care. Currently serving as the Global Director of Technical Support at Zenity since August 2025, Elisa previously held the position of Senior Director of Support at Starburst from January 2021 to July 2025, where Elisa also served as Director of Support. Prior to this, Elisa worked at Brainshark from October 2017 to January 2021 in various roles including Director of Customer Support and Senior Manager of Customer Support. Elisa began a career in customer care at LogMeIn, starting as a User Services Representative and advancing to Team Lead, Customer Care. Elisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cultural Anthropology from UMass Boston.
