Keren Herscovici

Keren Herscovici is an accomplished finance and corporate development executive with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the VP Finance & Corporate Development at Zenity since 2025, Keren is responsible for leading Finance, Corporate Development, Legal, and Human Resources. Keren co-founded Woman2Woman, a prestigious mentorship program supporting the development of future women leaders in Israel, in 2015. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Panorays, and various finance leadership positions at Cato Networks and Check Point Software Technologies, where Keren managed global finance operations and team responsibilities. Keren's earlier experience includes consulting at PwC in financial strategy and valuation, as well as serving as an Intelligence Team Leader in Unit 8200, where technological and intelligence projects were led. Keren holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.A. in Economics and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
