Gael Cipriano has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and Business sectors since 2008. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Le Grand - Consultoria as a Consultor Gente e Gestão, where they were responsible for structuring and implementing HR processes, conducting recruitment and selection processes, applying performance evaluations and 360° assessments, and creating and managing the organization's culture and manual.
