Jennifer Pierce

Jennifer Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Jennifer began their career at Aerotek as a Customer Support Associate in 2008. From 2009 to 2013, they worked at Principal Manufacturing Corporation as a Human Resource Generalist. Jennifer then joined OmnicomMediaGroup USA in 2013 as an HR Manager, where they stayed until 2017. In 2017, they transitioned to Zeno Group, where they held roles including Sr. HR Manager and currently serves as the Vice President of Talent since January 2021.

Jennifer Pierce began their education in 2004 at Bradley University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management. Jennifer attended Bradley University from 2004 to 2007. After completing their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education at Roosevelt University from 2011 to 2013. During this time, they obtained a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Human Resources.
