Kim Metcalfe has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Kim began their career as a News Producer for NBC/KARE-TV in 1995, where they stayed until 1999. Following this, they worked as a News Producer for CBS Network/WCCO-TV from 1999 to 2000. Moving forward, Kim joined Edelman Worldwide in 2000, where they served as Senior Vice-President, Media Services until 2006, leading the media team and handling notable projects such as the launch of the Abraham Lincoln Library and Museum and the move of Boeing's global headquarters.
In 2006, Kim joined Weber Shandwick as a Senior Vice-President, Corporate Affairs until 2010. During this time, they gained extensive experience in corporate affairs. Kim then transitioned to Zeno Group, where they started as Executive Vice President, Corporate Communications, a position they held from 2010 to 2021. In 2021, they became the Deputy Head of Corporate Affairs, U.S., for Zeno Group and was promoted to Head of Corporate Affairs, U.S., in 2023. With their current role, they lead Zeno Group's corporate affairs practice and continues to contribute to the success of the integrated communications agency.
Kim Metcalfe attended Toronto Metropolitan University, formerly known as Ryerson University, from 1986 to 1990. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism. Additionally, Kim completed minors in English and Political Science.
