Lauren McGuire has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of digital marketing and media. Lauren most recently held the position of Senior Vice President, Paid Media & Digital Operations at Zeno Group, starting in January 2022. Prior to this role, they were Vice President, Digital Marketing at Zeno Group from March 2020 to December 2021.

Lauren McGuire pursued their undergraduate studies from 2007 to 2011 at Loyola University Maryland, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a specialization in PR and advertising. Additionally, they completed a minor in Business Administration during their time at Loyola. In 2010, they took part in a study abroad program at Newcastle University, although no specific degree was mentioned for this experience.
