Global Chief Client Impact Officer at Zeno Group

Thomas Bunn is the current Global Head of Planning at Zeno Group. Prior to this, they served as the Board Director at The Metropolitan Opera Guild from November 2016 to March 2019. Thomas has also held the position of Managing Director New York at Zeno Group from June 2013 to October 2018, where they were responsible for driving double-digit growth every year. As part of the agency's global leadership team, Bunn contributed to the vision for the company, upheld company culture and implemented growth strategy. Thomas expanded digital capabilities and built a high performing creative services team based in New York. From an innovation standpoint, they identified the need to accelerate the development of digital analytics and performance media capabilities, building a team of data analysts, structured data engineers and programmers. Thomas partnered with the head of analytics to apply the rigors of data to creative and storytelling, developing a more effective approach with a focus on optimization and attribution. Bunn has also developed strategy and creative campaigns for consumer, corporate and healthcare clients including Hershey's, Intel (Brand), Barnes & Noble, Anheuser Busch, Netflix, Lenovo/Motorola, Destination Canada, Marcus by Goldman Sachs, J&J and Merck.

Thomas Bunn attended Durham University, where they received a BA Hon (2.1) in Politics, International Relations and Sociology. Thomas also attended College Sismondi, where they received a Maturite Federale in Classics, Modern Languages, Science, Theirtory, Music and Philosophy.
