Tracey Thiele

Managing Director, Global Creative Services at Zeno Group

Tracey Thiele is the current Managing Director of Global Creative Services at Zeno Group. Tracey has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on driving demand for products and launching successful global campaigns.

Tracey began their career at Porter Novelli PR Agency in 1998, where they quickly rose through the ranks to become a Senior Account Executive. In 2002 they joined Edelman as Vice President, and spent four years there developing innovative marketing communications strategies for clients such as AXE, Dove, Degree, and Suave.

In 2006 Tracey left Edelman to join Unilever as Manager of Marketing Communications. There they were responsible for developing and implementing strategies that successfully strengthened brand equity and increased market share within respective categories.

In October 2006 Tracey joined Motorola Mobile Devices as Lead of Global Brand Communications & Social Media. During their time at Motorola, they led global communications and drove strategy to regain Motorola’s marketplace position and perception among media, influencers and consumers. This included the launch of the first Motorola Android phones. Under their leadership, stock price rose 40 percent.

In April 2010 Tracey left Motorola to join Zeno Group as Managing Director of Global Creative Services. In this role they are responsible for leading a team of creatives who develop integrated marketing campaigns for some of the world’s biggest brands.

Tracey Thiele has a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Marketing from Ball State University.

They are on a team with Paul Mottram - Regional President, Zeno APAC, Sarah Jüttner - Managing Director, Zeno Germany, and Ruby Fu - President, Zeno China. Tracey Thiele reports to Barby K. Siegel, CEO.
