Before joining ZenoRadio, Morris served as the Chief Executive Officer at ZEDGE, an entertainment company specializing in high-quality animation. Morris held this position from 2005 to 2009.
From 2001 to 2005, Morris was the Chief Executive Officer at IDT Entertainment, a vertically integrated entertainment company focused on producing and distributing proprietary and licensed content, particularly in animation. IDT Entertainment was later acquired by Liberty Media's Starz Entertainment Group.
Prior to their leadership roles in the entertainment industry, Morris worked as the Chief Marketing Officer at Net2Phone from 1999 to 2001. Net2Phone specialized in delivering voice services over data networks and was recognized for bridging the internet with the public switched telephone network.
Morris started their professional journey as the Chief Executive Officer at MMTS in 1986. MMTS was a leading provider of home-based tutorials, particularly in the field of mathematics. Morris held this position for 13 years, until 1999.
