Kimberly Kish has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2009. Kimberly was the Editor-in-Chief of The Mass Communicator at Texas Tech University, and a Media Relations Intern in the Athletic Department. In 2010, they were an Account Executive, Assistant Account Executive, and Public Relations & Social Media Intern at Culloton Strategies, as well as a Public Relations Intern at Covenant Health System. In 2012, they were a Marketing Communications Specialist at CIVCO Medical Solutions where they designed product support and promotional materials, managed production and campaign schedules and budgets, maintained the company website, created charter social media accounts and blog, and wrote copy for press releases, advertisements, and email marketing. From 2013 to 2015, they were a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Graduate Instructional Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant at Texas State University, School of Journalism & Mass Communication. Kimberly also worked as a Freelance Editor & Proofreader from 2010 to 2015.
Kimberly Kish began their education in 2007, when they earned a BA in Public Relations and English from Texas Tech University. Kimberly then attended the University of Chicago for an Editing Certificate Program from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they earned a MA in Digital Media and Mass Communication from Texas State University. In 2016, they earned a Certification from the Austin Coding Academy in the JavaScript Track - Intermediate. Most recently, in 2019, they earned a Certificate Program from The University of Texas at Austin - Center for Professional Education (CPE) in Project Management.
