Akshara Proddatoori

Akshara Proddatoori currently serves as the Lead of Service Operations at Zenoti, a position held since October 2019. Prior to Zenoti, Akshara worked at Facebook from July 2017 to October 2019 as a Project Manager in the Trust and Safety team, where responsibilities included managing user-facing programs to enhance trust in Facebook's products, improving automation systems, and maintaining key operational metrics. Akshara's career began at PayPal from June 2012 to April 2017 as a Business Analyst, contributing to the development of a company-wide prioritization framework and supporting agile methodologies within business units. Akshara holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Hyderabad, completed in 2012.
