Yash Dhawan

Yash Dhawan has extensive experience in product support and relationship management. Currently serving as Support Team Lead at Zenoti since September 2019, Yash has also held roles as Senior Product Support Specialist and Product Support Consultant within the same organization. Prior to Zenoti, Yash worked at ICICI Bank as a Wealth-Relationship Manager for a brief period and held the position of Executive Director at Club ADmire. Yash's career began with a role as Senior Associate at XpressionZ Theatre Society and included a marketing internship at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris. Educational achievements include an MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and a Product Management certificate from Duke University, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration from National P.G College in India.
