Michael Hubert

Michael Hubert is the CFO at Zenpark. Michael was previously the CFO at Fives Conveying from April 2016 to July 2019. Michael was also a co-founder at Huntertainment from June 2013 to November 2015.

As co-founder at Huntertainment, they were actively involved as CEO and CFO in the development of the company. Michael's duties as CEO included driving the company in day-to-day activities, implementing strategy to grow, negotiating terms and contracts with related parties, strong involvement in business development, participating to develop partnerships, and supervising all matters related to the project management. Michael's duties as CFO included defining and following annual BP and cash flow projections, monitoring cash flows, developing and following key performance indicators, ensuring that all deals meet the required revenue and margin expectations, preparing accounting and annual financial reports and assuring legal obligations (management report, board meeting, minutes of general meetings), setting up financial process, assuring relationship with tax administration and banks, and preparing all tax obligations (VAT declaration, Tax reports).

Michael Hubert attended TBS Education from 2006-2010.
