Alex Rizea

Alex Rizea currently serves as Head of Delivery at ZenPilot, leading a team responsible for managing client journey, upsells, product development, learning management, and delivery systems. Previous roles at ZenPilot include Solutions Lead, focusing on ClickUp strategy and process improvement, and ClickUp Solutions Engineer, providing technical support and asset optimization. Prior experience includes serving as Digital Director at Fly Music Romania, overseeing e-commerce and marketing departments, as well as various management and sales positions within the company. Alex also held the position of General Manager at Dark Alliance Records, managing the activity of a record label. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Babes-Bolyai University and a Bacalaureat in Music from Colegiul National de Arta "Ion Vidu" Timisoara.
