Donald Daniel

Donald Daniel currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Zenplus Pvt Ltd, a role held since June 2022. Previously, Donald held several key positions at Ziqitza Health Care Limited, including Vice President of Human Resources from April 2020 to May 2022, and Chief Manager of HR from January 2013 to March 2017, where Donald focused on recruitment strategies and leadership hiring. Donald also managed various HR operations, including training and development, ensuring recruitment goals and budget compliance nationwide. Donald holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Delhi University, an MBA in Human Resources Development from ISBM, and has completed an Executive Development Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur.
