Victoria Del Toro Novoa

Victoria Del Toro Novoa has over 8 years of work experience in the Human Resources field. Victoria began their career in 2013 as a Human Resources Trainee at Sidel. In 2014, they moved to Dell as a Talent Acquisition Analyst, where they were responsible for the recruitment and hiring process of IT and business profiles. In 2016, Victoria transitioned to NTT DATA Services (Former Dell Services) as a Talent Acquisition Analyst. In 2017, they joined C&A M\u00e9xico as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where they were responsible for recruiting and hiring for business and MKT positions. In 2019, Victoria moved to DXC Technology as a Talent Acquisition Specialist & University Relations, where they were responsible for the full recruitment cycle of Corporate and IT profiles for Mexico, US, and Canada, as well as the Internship program and University events and job fairs. Currently, Victoria works at Zenput as a Senior Recruiter and Recruiter.

Victoria Del Toro Novoa completed a Bachelor of Business Administration from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara between 2011 and 2015. In 2015, they attended SEC Toronto, Canada for English as a foreign language. From 2014 to 2015, they attended the Tecnológico de Monterrey for a workshop in Entrepreneurship/Studies on Entrepreneurship. In 2017, they completed a Diplomado in Shoe Design from IMAGINA.
