Natassja Cole

Natassja Cole is a customer service professional with extensive experience in enhancing customer experiences across various sectors. Currently serving as Chargée de service clients at Zenride since May 2024, Natassja previously worked as a Customer Experience Specialist at Vestiaire Collective from September 2019 to September 2023, where responsibilities included leading the DEI Task Force, managing budgets, creating content for company communications, and addressing customer complaints.
