Prior to that, Henry held the position of Technical Researcher & Analyst at Twinfive Ltd, where research and analysis informed product development for customized automation solutions. Henry's career began as an English Language Teacher at Whales English. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Cardiff University and a TEFL Certification from The TEFL Academy, along with A Levels in Philosophy, Fine Art, and History from Torquay Boys' Grammar School.
