Nikhil Joshi

Nikhil Joshi is an experienced delivery and program manager at Zensar Technologies, having worked with the company since November 2002. In the current role as Delivery Manager and previously as Program Manager/Group Manager, Nikhil leads a team of over 100 associates across various programs, focusing on establishing project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and ensuring effective communication of project-related information. Nikhil is responsible for budget administration, quality assurance, and coordination across multiple projects, along with overseeing third-party contributions. Earlier experience includes roles ranging from Software Engineer to Senior Team Lead at Bristlecone (formerly Mahindra Consulting Limited), where Nikhil contributed to requirements gathering, analysis, development, and testing. Nikhil holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Nagpur University.
