Jeff Ruoss

Jeff Ruoss is an experienced web developer and designer with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Lead Web Developer and Designer at ZENTHREE since January 2013, Jeff also operates Jeffrey Ruoss Web Development, a venture founded the same year.
