Adam Głowacki has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Adam began their career as an Assistant and Assistant Professor at Katedra Inżynierii i Aparatury Przemysłu Spożywczego, Akademia Rolniczo-Techniczna from October 1989 to March 1998. During this time, they also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at North Dakota State University from January 1997 to January 1998. Adam then joined Superior Sp. z o.o. as a Specialist in Engineering and Technology from April 1998 to July 1999. Adam Głowacki's long-term tenure was at Zentis Group, where they held various roles including Director of Technical Development, Proxy of the Management Board for Production of Dyes and Food Coloring, Scientific Manager of the Food Dye Production Project, and currently serves as the CTO since September 2022. Additionally, they have been a Member of the Science Committee on Food at Polska Akademia Nauk since July 2020.
Adam Głowacki received a degree in Technologia Mleczarska from Technikum Mleczarskie we Wrześni in 1984. Adam then went on to earn a Mgr inż. degree in Technologia Żywności from Akademia Rolniczo-Techniczna, which they completed in 1989. Finally, Adam obtained a Dr inż. degree in Inżynieria i technologia Żywności from the same institution, completing their studies in 1997.
