Dr. Marek Szczepaniak is an accomplished R&D Manager with extensive experience in the food industry, currently serving at Zentis since August 2019 and previously at Bart from January 2011 to July 2019. Dr. Szczepaniak holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Wroclaw and a Master of Science in Food Technology from Szkoła Główna Gospodarstwa Wiejskiego w Warszawie.
