Sapan Gandhi

Sapan Gandhi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sapan currently holds the position of Head of Direct Materials Procurement (Europe and China) and Global Procurement Strategy at Zentiva. In this role, Sapan is responsible for managing purchases from European and Chinese suppliers, and developing a robust procurement strategy.

Prior to their current role, Sapan worked as the Head of Direct Materials Procurement (Europe) and Global Procurement Strategy at Zentiva, where they created a strategic plan for procurement over the next five years and identified projects to enhance supply security and competitiveness.

Before joining Zentiva, Sapan worked as a Senior Manager in the areas of Global Procurement Strategy and Product Strategy. In these roles, they focused on analyzing procurement spend data and managing the company's top products.

Sapan also has work experience at Cipla, where they held various roles including Associate Director, Business Development and Commercial Strategy Lead for the Norwegian market, and Senior Manager of B2C Supply Chain, Logistics, and Customer Service (Europe). In these roles, they achieved significant business growth, established warehouses, implemented ERP systems, and managed numerous projects.

Earlier in their career, Sapan worked at Eli Lilly & Co. India and iLife Discoveries P L, where they gained experience in business management and development.

Their undergraduate degree is a B.Tech in Biotechnology from Amity University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their formal education, Sapan Gandhi has also obtained several certifications in various subjects, including storytelling and influencing, prescription drug regulation, and business strategy simulation, among others.
