Anshika Shrivastava

Anshika Shrivastava has a diverse work experience in customer success and relationship management roles. Anshika currently works as a Team Lead- CSM at ZenTrades Inc. starting in October 2023. Prior to that, Anshika worked at SmartServ as a Senior Customer Success Associate from September 2022 to December 2023 and as a Customer Success Associate from January 2021 to October 2022. Anshika also served as a Customer Relationship Management Executive at JSTECHNO Solutions Pvt.Ltd from December 2019 to November 2020. Anshika gained experience as an Operations Intern at myBageecha.com in August 2019 and worked as a Management Trainee at ORIONSECURE for the months of June and July 2019.

Anshika Shrivastava completed their Bachelor's degree in History at Delhi University from 2016 to 2019. Anshika subsequently pursued Project Management at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi from 2023 to 2024.
