Roy Agostino has over 20 years of experience in marketing and commercial roles. Roy began their career in 1995 as the Director of Marketing for Nike Canada, where they were responsible for making the NIKE brand locally relevant for Canadian consumers. In 1997, they moved to Nike Inc. as the Director of Corporate Communications, where they developed global communications strategies to address issues involving the brand, reputation, and overall company profile in the marketplace. In 1999, they joined Crystal Decisions (now Business Objects) as the Head of Global Marketing, where they repositioned the reporting tools vendor into the fastest growing business intelligence provider in the industry. In 2004, they moved to Information Builders as the VP of Marketing, where they repositioned the mainframe reporting company into a $325 million business intelligence powerhouse. In 2006, they joined Elemental Security as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they launched a venture-backed security start-up in the enterprise security sector. In 2007, they joined Integrien Corporation as the Chief Marketing Officer, where they drove the marketing function for an AI start-up in the Systems Management space. In 2008, they joined Packeteer as the VP of Marketing, where they led the global marketing function for a publicly-traded leader in the WAN Optimization space. In 2009, they joined Marketcetera, Inc. as the Chief Revenue Officer, where they launched a disruptive open source software company building high frequency algorithmic trading platforms in the FinTech sector. In 2018, they joined RED Academy as the Chief Commercial Officer, where they scaled an innovative EdTech start-up with digital skills academies in Canada and the UK. In 2020, they joined Zentrela Inc. as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Roy Agostino has an extensive educational background. In 1983, they completed a Bachelor of Arts Program at The University of British Columbia, majoring in English and Theirtory. Roy then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pace University, majoring in Marketing.
