André F. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and technical support. André most recently worked at ZENVIA as a Technical Support Analyst, where they were responsible for troubleshooting APIs, providing customer support, analyzing logs, and working with various technologies such as VoiP, SMPP APIs, Zabbix and Grafana for platform monitoring, and mySQL and PostgreSQL for database management. André also performed tasks like requirements gathering, report generation, CentOS and Linux Ubuntu administration, and had access to relevant Zenvia services through SSH. Additionally, they were proficient in log analysis, FTP/SFTP clients, Postman, and connection testing tools like traceroute, telnet, and curl.
