Eduardo Ribeiro

Eduardo Ribeiro began their work experience in 2012 at Spheric Componentes Opticos Ltda, where they worked as a Senior Inside Sales Representative until 2015. In 2016, they joined Dell as a Data Science Intern until 2017 when they transitioned to STI Society Tecnologia da Informação Ltda as an Analyst Leveraged Finance. In 2018, they returned to Dell as a Sales Operations Specialist until 2021. Currently, Eduardo is working at ZENVIA, where they hold the positions of Senior Business Operations Analyst and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst since 2021 and 2022, respectively.

Eduardo Ribeiro's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences from Unisinos, which they obtained from 2014 to 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Technical Integrated course in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Fundação Escola Técnica Liberato Salzano Vieira da Cunha from 2009 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Eduardo has obtained several certifications. Eduardo completed a Power BI certification from Udemy in May 2021. Eduardo also acquired certifications in various skills and subjects, including Improving Your Listening Skills, Public Speaking, Influencing People, Preparing and Delivering Business Presentations, Fundamentals of Strategic Planning, Leadership with Emotional Intelligence, Mastering Common Interview Questions, Critical Thinking, Professional Networking, and Resume Makeover, all from LinkedIn in December 2018.
