Isaias Valle

Isaias Valle's work experience began in 2010 as an Office Assistant at the Prefeitura do Município de Osasco. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at DCF Consult Ltda., first as an Office Assistant and then as a Diligenciador. In 2014, Isaias joined Yamana Gold Inc. as a Supply Chain Trainee and later became a Purchasing Consultant responsible for various purchasing activities. In 2017, they joined SMARKIO Brasil and took on roles such as Project Assistant, Project Analytics, and Deployment Consultant. In 2021, Isaias transitioned to ZENVIA as a Product Owner, where they are responsible for aligning the vision, strategy, and priorities of the Zenvia NLU product roadmap and backlog.

Isaias Valle's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled in Universidade Nove de Julho to pursue a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Isaias studied there until 2017. During this time, from 2012 to 2014, they also attended Computer Training Brasil where they obtained a certification as an Executive Assistant/Executive Secretary.

In 2017, Isaias Valle joined Universidade de Mogi das Cruzes to pursue a degree in Financial Management, which they completed in 2018.

Most recently, in 2022, Isaias Valle attended UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná for a postgraduate specialization in International Finance.

In addition to their formal education, Isaias Valle has obtained several certifications. In 2020, they became a Certified Scrum Product Owner® through Massimus. In the same year, they also completed a JavaScript course at Alura. In 2021, they obtained a certification in Negotiation and Influence from Escola Conquer. In 2022, they earned certifications in Emotional Intelligence 2.0 and Leadership from Escola Conquer as well.
