Roberto Aran

Roberto Aran has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Roberto currently holds the position of Portfolio Director at ZENVIA since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at ZENVIA from December 2021 to November 2022.

Before joining ZENVIA, Roberto was the Head of Product at Plusoft from December 2019 to November 2021. Roberto also served as the Director of Operations at MC1 - Win The Market from November 2018 to October 2019.

Roberto's longest tenure was at Resource IT Solutions, where they held various roles. Roberto started as the Digital Solution Director in September 2016 and ended their tenure in October 2018. During their time there, they led a team of over 80 professionals and achieved sales of 22 million in 2016. Roberto also served as the Head of Product and Innovation from December 2014 to September 2016 and the Operational Manager for SAP Pre-Sales and SAP Mobile Technology from April 2013 to December 2014. Additionally, they held positions as the Operational Manager for SAP Mobile Technology from December 2012 to April 2013 and the Service Manager for SAP Technology from July 2011 to December 2012.

Before Resource IT Solutions, Roberto worked at BBKO Consulting where they were a Service Manager for SAP Technology from December 2008 to July 2011. Roberto started their career at BBKO Consulting as an SAP Business Workflow and ABAP Consultant from January 2006 to December 2008. In this role, they gained experience in ABAP development and SAP Business Workflow for various clients in different industries.

Prior to their career in IT consulting, Roberto worked at Sitel as a Subject Matter Expert for HP Solutions from January 2004 to December 2005 and as a Technical Support Consultant for HP Solutions from January 2002 to December 2003.

Roberto Aran completed their MBA in Management of Information Technology from FIAP between 2010 and 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário FIEO, studying from 2002 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Roberto has also obtained several certifications to enhance their skills. Roberto completed courses such as "Classificação multilabel de textos: múltiplos contextos em NLP", "Linguagem Natural parte 1: Introdução a NLP com análise de sentimento", "Linguagem Natural parte 2: Continuando com a análise de sentimento", "NLP: Introdução a regex e modelos de linguagem", "Deep Learning parte 1: Introdução com Keras", "Machine Learning: Introdução a classificação com SKLearn", "Machine Learning: Lidando com dados de muitas dimensões", "Kanban parte 2: Métricas e Práticas Avançadas", and "Kanban parte 1: Fundamentos Essenciais". These certifications were obtained from Alura, with the most recent certification completed in July 2021.
