Lucas Resende

Lucas Resende has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they completed an internship with BRF in the Commercial Department, performing data analysis and negotiations with major customers, as well as creating management tools for inventory management and simplifying sales processes. In 2018, they worked as a Trainee at Huawei Technologies, managing Telecom equipment installation teams for large telecom operators and creating methods and practices to automate management. In 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at Wiz Soluções, structuring and commercial strategy team of the insurance commercial department, implementing innovative tools for the insurance marketing operation. In 2020, they worked as a Consulting Project Manager at the World Health Organization, planning, controlling, and executing projects related to the optimization of the management in the Ministry of Health in Brazil. Finally, in 2021, they are currently working as a Project and Partnerships Manager at Zenysis Technologies, managing the data analytics technology transfer project and ensuring the company's presence in Brazil.

Lucas Resende has a diverse educational background. From 2016 to 2019, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade de Brasília. In 2020 and 2021, they completed an MBA Executive program from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in Business Administration. Lucas also attended Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina from 2014 to 2015, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, but did not complete it. Additionally, they attended Universidade de Brasília for a Bachelor's degree in Economics from 2014 to 2014, but did not complete it. Currently, they are pursuing a Postgraduate degree from Faculdade de Educação em Ciências da Saúde - Hospital Alemão Oswaldo Cruz in Processes and Management Tools for SUS Projects Integration and Synergy in the Territory. Lucas also holds certifications from Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam in Six Sigma Green Belt, Kanban Institute in Kanban Foundation Certificate, and CertiProf in Scrum Foundation Professional Certificate.
