Claire Soh has worked in various roles in the customer service and training space since 2015. Claire started their career at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts as a Customer Service Executive, then moved up to become an Operation Team Leader and Training & Quality Assurance Executive. In 2019, they took on the role of Assistant Learning & Development Manager at Four Points by Sheraton. In 2020, they worked as an Operations Trainer, Senior Associate - Customer Service at Shopee and a Trainer - Shopee Project at Webhelp. Currently, they are the Regional Customer Care Manager at Zenyum.

Claire Soh attended Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) from 2012 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Communications (Hons) Broadcasting in Mass Communication/Media Studies.
