Katie Coveney has extensive experience in quality and compliance management, currently serving as the Quality and Compliance Manager at Zenzero since October 2017. Katie's previous roles at Zenzero include Service Assurance Technician, Triage Technician, and Service Desk Analyst. Prior to this, Katie worked at Sainsbury's in customer service from December 2014 to October 2017 and held the position of Shift Manager at McDonald's from December 2010 to December 2014. Katie is also educated through LRQA.
