William Martin is an experienced technology professional with a focus on network engineering and unified communications. Currently serving as a Secure Networks Engineer at Zenzero since November 2021, William has also held positions as a Unified Communications Engineer and Field Services Technician. Prior experience includes roles at MR, where William worked as a Member of Technical Services and an Apprentice Apple Technician, and at Ghost Armor as a Sales Assistant. William began a career in hospitality as a Food Server at Arc Hospitality Recruitment during holiday events in Basildon. William's education includes a Level 4 Apprenticeship in Network Engineering and a Level 3 Apprenticeship in IT Technician, both obtained through QA Apprenticeships.
