Joshua Kelley holds a BS in Chemistry from the University of North Alabama and has extensive experience in the chemical industry. Since October 2007, Kelley has been with Zeon Chemicals, progressing through various roles including Research & Development Technical Manager and Business Manager for both Nipol NBR and HyTemp ACM elastomers. Responsibilities encompass marketing strategy development, budgeting, and maximizing profitability for product lines. Prior to Zeon, Kelley served as Laboratory Services Manager at IER Fujikura and worked at Freudenberg-NOK as Scottsburg Plant Chemist, along with a role as Chemist/Laboratory Manager at Robbins LLC.
