Ana Eftimova

Ana Eftimova is a seasoned People Operations professional with extensive experience spanning multiple companies. Currently serving as a People Operations Partner at Zeotap since July 2025, Ana previously held the position of People Operations Manager at Formo, where responsibilities included managing HR tools, overseeing onboarding and offboarding processes, and advising employees on People Ops topics. With prior roles at BCG Digital Ventures and Tomato Talent, Ana developed expertise in talent acquisition, candidate experience, and cross-functional collaboration. Ana holds a degree in Economics/Marketing from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje.
