Isabel Flores Ruiz

Isabel Flores Ruiz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isabel is currently the Head of Client Services, Europe at Zeotap, a Customer Intelligence Platform (CIP) that helps companies understand their customers and predict behaviors. Prior to this, they held the position of Social Platforms Director Europe at Zeotap. Isabel also served as the Country Manager for Spain and the Country Lead for Marketplace at the same company.

Before joining Zeotap, Isabel worked at Adgravity, a digital marketing company, where they held the role of Directora Comercial, specializing in data analysis, programmatic buying, and optimization of advertising budgets. Isabel also worked as a Sales Manager at Adgravity.

Isabel's earlier experiences include serving as Partnerships Sales Supervisor at Avis Budget Group EMEA, Key Account Manager at Sixt rent a car, Contracting Executive and Sales Executive at Grupo Hotusa, and Sales Assistant at Chambre Officielle de Commerce d'Espagne en France - COCEF.

Isabel Flores Ruiz completed the Advanced Management Program in General Management at IE University Lifelong Learning in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive Master in Marketing and Sales at Esade from 2016-2017. In 2016, they also attended Santa Clara University to study Digital Business. Isabel obtained a degree in Tourism Management from Hochschule für angewandte Wissenschaften Kempten in 2007-2008, and a degree in Turismo from Universidad de Murcia in 2005-2008. Isabel also earned a degree in Traducción e Interpretación from Universidad de Granada from 2002-2006. In addition, they obtained a Zeotap CDP Certification from Zeotap in December.
