Deb Flores

Deb Flores is currently the CEO at Zepf Center. Deb has been in this role since November 2013. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director at Lucas County Department of Job & Family Services from May 1999 to November 2013. Before their time at Lucas County Department of Job & Family Services, they were the Coordinator New Student Programs at The University of Toledo from May 1990 to March 1999.

Deb Flores has a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a focus in Finance and Government from The University of Toledo. Deb also has a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from The University of Toledo.
